Dr. Pulsipher was born and raised in Utah, the eleventh child of twelve. His childhood was spent with his family in Brigham City where he attended Box Elder High and graduated with honors. He attended Utah State University where he studied chemistry, biology, and engineering. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Creighton University School of Dentistry where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in May of 1995. That summer he moved his family to Chicago where he entered the Endodontic residency program at The University of Illinois at Chicago, and he obtained his Certificate of Endodontics in May of 1997.
